Brief

Estos Gmbh wanted to move away from their bulky Windows Client and into a more trimmed web client.

This had numerous advantages; starting with greater accessibility, fresher design opportunities and easier release cycles. The deep integration of telephone systems and corresponding functionality, as well as, a complex backend infrastructure were challenging.

From the start, the goal was to create a user friendly, state of the art webclient, without comprimizing on the feature set of its predecessor.

Additionally, the challenge of market entry loomed large. With Microsoft Teams we had to challenge a big competitor that was already on the market, providing extra pressure for project execution timelines.
